Not sure where to start? Most students come to Triad with a simple goal: help their child build confidence, learn real self-defense, get in better shape, or try something new. Here is the easiest way to choose your first class.

• For kids ages 4 to 6: Start with Little Dragons. This program introduces focus, discipline, coordination and confidence in a fun, age-appropriate class.
• For kids ages 7 to 12: Start with Kids' Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, MMA or Wrestling. These classes help kids build confidence, respect, fitness and real skill.
• For teens and adults: Start with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, MMA, Wrestling or self-defense depending on your goals.
• For complete beginners: You do not need experience to start. Your first class is free, and our instructors will help you choose the right program.
